Posts, captions, hashtags, profile information, profile links, and location tags may be visible to other users.
5. COMMUNICATIONS
Transactional communications and optional communications such as weekly digests, featured photographer highlights, product updates, community announcements, and promotional communications.
6. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
We may receive subscription status, trial eligibility, renewal dates, cancellation status, and related information from authorized providers.
7. CONTENT MODERATION
Content may be analyzed using Microsoft PhotoDNA, Azure AI Content Safety, user reports, and human review.
Additional moderation technologies may be adopted in the future.
8. REFERRALS & ATTRIBUTION
Invite, referral, installation, registration, and subscription attribution information may be collected to administer referral programs and improve the Service.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Examples may include Microsoft Azure, RevenueCat, Twilio, SendGrid, Branch.io, Google Analytics, and similar providers.
Providers receive only information reasonably necessary to perform their functions.
10. ANALYTICS
Analytics may be used to improve functionality, measure performance, and enhance user experience.
Landscapes does not sell personal information to advertisers and does not operate an advertising network.
11. DATA RETENTION
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
Certain records may remain in backups or moderation systems following account deletion.
12. DATA SECURITY
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information.
13. USER RIGHTS
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of information where applicable.
14. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Information may be processed in the United States.
15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Landscapes does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
