1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Landscapes mobile application (“Landscapes.app,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY (AGE REQUIREMENT)
You must be at least 17 years old to use Landscapes.app. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 17 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. Accounts reasonably believed to be created by individuals under 17 may be removed.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Landscapes.app is a subscription-based social photo-sharing platform that allows users to view and post photos subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Posting requires a paid subscription after the free trial period.
4. FREE TRIAL
New users may receive a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period:
- Continued use requires choosing a subscription tier.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription automatically begins and your payment method will be charged.
- Only one free trial is permitted per user.
- If you previously used a free trial, you may not be eligible for another.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PRICING
Landscapes.app offers three subscription tiers:
5.1 View-Only Tier — $0.99/month
- View posts and participate in the community.
- Posting restricted after trial.
5.2 Starter Tier — $1.99/month
- Create up to 25 posts (3 photos each).
- Exceeding the limit automatically deletes oldest posts.
5.3 Unlimited Tier — $4.99/month
Unlimited posting (3 photos each).
Prices may vary regionally based on App Store/Google Play policies.
6. BILLING, AUTO-RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of billing cycle end.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions via device settings.
Refunds must be requested through Apple/Google. Landscapes.app does not issue refunds.
7. UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES & POST DELETION
Upgrading:
- You may upgrade anytime.
Downgrading:
- Unlimited → Starter: posts over 25 auto-delete oldest-first.
Starter Auto-Deletion:
- Exceeding 25 posts deletes oldest posts automatically.
8. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.
9. USER CONTENT & LICENSE TO USE CONTENT
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Landscapes.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for operating the Service.
This license ends when your content/account is deleted except for backup, legal, or archival requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate rights, laws, or guidelines.
10. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Users must follow Community Guidelines:
- No harassment or hate speech.
- No nudity or explicit material.
- No graphic or disturbing imagery.
- No violence or threats.
- No spam or promotion.
- No impersonation or misrepresentation.
- No posting content without rights.
- No sharing private information without consent.
Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
11. CONTENT MODERATION
We use automated tools and human review to moderate content. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all activity.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of Landscapes.app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, designs, and software (excluding user content) belong to Landscapes.app. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Subscription charges already collected are non-refundable.
15. DISCLAIMERS
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or security.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Landscapes.app against claims arising from your use, your content, or violations of these Terms.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state in which Landscapes.app operates. You agree to local court jurisdiction.
