2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Landscapes.app is intended for individuals aged 16 and older.

Users under the age of 16 are prohibited from creating an account or using the Service.

Our minimum age requirement does not diminish our commitment to protecting all minors, including users aged 16 and 17, from abuse or exploitation.

3. CONTENT MODERATION AND DETECTION

Landscapes.app uses a combination of automated moderation technologies, user reporting mechanisms, and human review to help identify and address prohibited content.

Our moderation technologies may include:

• Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety: Automated content analysis technology that helps identify potentially harmful or inappropriate content.

• Human Review: Review of flagged or potentially prohibited content to determine appropriate enforcement actions.

While these measures help protect our community, no automated moderation system can guarantee detection of every violation.

4. REPORTING CHILD SAFETY CONCERNS

Users may report potentially harmful or prohibited content through the reporting functionality available within Landscapes.app.

Do not download, attach, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material when submitting a report.

5. ENFORCEMENT

Landscapes.app reserves the right to take appropriate action against accounts or content that violate these Child Safety Standards.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Removing prohibited content.
• Suspending or permanently terminating accounts.
• Restricting access to platform features.
• Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.
• Reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to appropriate authorities, as required by applicable law.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

Landscapes.app is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws and regulations.

Where required by law, we will report suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement agencies.
